Power scan problem

Just bought power scan but it is zooming in on a quarter of my slide instead of showing whole picture what can I do?

Check your NimoFilm photo properties. These are the only setting you can change.

None of the drop down menus have properties to change!! It took a month for someone to tell me something I can't access???

  The "Photo Preview" is the only place in the software that will allow changes. If all your picture look zoomed the same you might have a defect. The only requirement of the scanner hardware is that the negative strip itself must be at least three frames long. You can call if you believe your unit is defective:
