Most Excellent Customer Support

I received an apparently defective Smart Badge for Christmas. I reported it via the web form on the support site and never received a reply. I just got off the phone with "Eric" (after spending more time listening to the phone tree instructions than I did waiting for him to pick up) who listened to my symptoms and immediately arranged to send me a replacement unit at no charge. I am very impressed. It is rare to encounter companies that so empower their front-line reps. I am a very satisfied customer. This isn't the first ION product I have owned, and it will not be the last!
